 «Effroi» est une suite de “vues” des mares d’eau du camp de Birkenau, traces visibles de l’horreur du lieu (les cendres de ceux qui y furent brûlés)et dernier miroir de l’effroi qu’ils reflètent encore. Non loin de là, à Birùn, petite ville industrielle située à 3 kms d’Auschwitz, des enfants jouent sous le regard de leurs familles et voisins.
"Dismay" is a continuation(suite) of "sights" of the puddles of water of the camp of Birkenau, visible tracks of the horror of the place (ashes of those who were burned there) and the last mirror of the dismay which they still reflect. Not far from there, to Birùn, industrial town situated to 3 km of Auschwitz, children play under the glance of their families and neighbours. |
